Americas Best Value Inn Houston at FM 1960 & I-45

By far the nicest I have found for the location and price. Nice free breakfast, (I had to have the waffle) fresh milk, and fruit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean the towels are thick. Very modern and sleek. I will definitely be staying again. If you were in the area and are looking, THIS is the one.

People working at front desk were very kind and helpful as it was our first time in the US and we were waiting for a flight the next morning. They let us borrow their phone to call and helped us with ordering food. The rooms could use a bit of an upgrade but overall the experience was okay for 1 night :)

I was pleasantly surprised with this place. Overall I really enjoyed my stay. The guy at the front desk was friendly. The place itself looks a little outdated. The entrance however has been updated and is very beautiful. The elevator is slow and very small. The rooms are very big! That's the best thing about this place. The bathroom is nice and clean. Our AC did leak but they provided our room with a little bucket for the water. The beds are not bad. The room does have a fridge and microwave. At about 6am the fire alarm went off for a few seconds and then shut off. It was very loud. There was no fire so I'm not sure if someone just tripped the alarm. You can walk to Taco Bell, Burger King, and Canes from the hotel. I would stay here again.

Kept my STAY short and SIMPLE! Had to come here waiting on my Apt to be ready. Stayed a few weeks.Front desk was helpful in allowing me to pay later than check out time and even lowered my daily rate when i paid daily towards last few days of my stay. Room was clean, bed was ok, lots of movie channels. Hotel is walking distance to lots of fast food, grocery stores, parks. I just Want to thank them for their service and making me feel comfortable as much possible! Housekeepers all were nice and gave me daily cleaning. Overall, enjoyed my stay , would come back if in emergency but theres No place like HOME!!! Feel me!!

I spent lots of time researching various hotels and chose this one. As a traveler I had a lot of concerns. We are staying here for 10 days. We are very happy here. Besides a minor issue that management was quick to correct, it has been the perfect spot on our budget. Its nice to know management cares about their guest having a good experience. The staff is always friendly. The room is really nice.

I could not be happier with the experience! Booked online and as soon as I arrived I knew it was the right choice. The staff was so nice and had a key in my hand with minutes. The room was clean and bigger than I expected for the price, mini fridge already cool, clean working microwave. The shower was hot and perfectly pressured, the bed firm and comfy. Great stay, but silly me left a few piece of jewelry in the room when I checked out! I realized hours later, called, and they had already set it aside for me!!! I was able to pick them up and am so grateful they went above and beyond... Normally when something's left, it's gone. Very, very impressed with this place and will definitely be coming back!!!

The rooms are big, not the best area. The staff is awesome

The front lady seems put off at first but that's just her demeanor she's actually very VERY NICE. I have absolutely no complaints about her or her staff! She is helpful she just won't put up with bullshit and that's understandable. I love it here and so do my kids I recommend coming in and paying here not online tho.
